Hair use :
Mix few drips with your shampoo. Apply, massage and leave for 2 to 3 minutes to treat and relieve your scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Make another shampoo to make sure to get a rid of the salt leftover.

Mix few drips with your bath water for a complete relaxation.
